FAQs
How many hours will the staff work and can I get staff for the night shift?
Each staff will work 8 hours per shift from Monday-Friday following Australian time zones, with Saturdays and Sundays as rest days. We’d be glad to assist if you have requirements for different work shifts. Please take note that staff who will render from 10pm-6am Philippine local time are entitled to night shift differential, which is equivalent to 10% of the staff’s hourly pay.
Who will provide my staff’s equipment?
We will be the one to arrange and organise the delivery of the required work equipment of your new team members. All the expenses will be indicated in your invoice.
How long will it take before the new team member is handed over to my company?
The selection and onboarding process generally take 2-4 weeks. The time frame to start may vary depending on the availability of the new staff.
Who will train the new staff?
Training will be done by your team upon employee handover.
What are your rates for outsourcing?
